The binder is sturdy and the slant rings work well. I use heavy duty page protectors that hold several sheets of paper. As long as you lift up when flipping the protectors, they don’t get caught in the rings. I deducted a star because the shipping box arrived dented and torn - not enough packing material used.Binders can be outrageously expensive. I needed more Safety Data Sheet (SDS) binders. The ones that you can purchase with SDS already on them are just so expensive, especially when you need several. Plus I needed them to be 5" thick. So I bought these and created SDS cover sheets on yellow paper to insert on the front and side. They look great. I can't testify as to how they will hold up but honestly, it's so rare that someone needs to access the binder anyway.This has become an absolute necessity for me doing my genealogy research. So many binders are difficult to store because of their shape. These store flat and line up perfectly on the shelf. No slipping and sliding because one side is narrower than the other. Also it holds until incredible amount of paperwork. I will definitely be ordering more as I need them. Highly recommend.Might be a bit thinner than Staples or Office Depot but still holds up well. I need 15 each year to keep accounting records and I fill each to capacity. I've got several full now for some time and they are holding up well. I will buy again next year.Works.
